We arrived around 5.30pm and the place was locked up and the staff person was across the road somewhere. He came over and checked us in to our room the wrong room. We had booked a twin room and he gave us a single. He spoke no English at all, which was difficult when we had the wrong room. Given hotels, hostels are in the tourism industry it would be an advantage to have a little English.
The staffperson in the morning however, was polite and friendly. We arrived around 5.30pm and the place was locked up and the staff person was across the road somewhere. Very beauteful hotel. I love to stay there. But it is located outside Hannover. For these who traveling by car, I will definitely suggest this place. However, your GPS will guide you to a wrong place in Hannover. Please use this city: 30974 Wennigsen(Deister) - Holtensen, instead of Hannover.Very beauteful hotel. I love to stay there. The hotel is located well as a base for traveling around although not in town. Needs to be a change to the address advised. It is in Wennigsen rather than Hanover. We used a GPS and ended up a long way from the hotel in our first attempt. Staff were great and it was the best breakfast we have been served for a long time.The hotel is located well as a base for traveling around although not in town.
