Just a quick stay for one night but the room was big and clean. Very convenient for Mestre station and geting to Venice!

Great hotel, would highly recommend! The location is excellent, only a 2 minute walk to the station then 10 mins on the train into venice centre! Train only costs €1.50 as well! The room & bathroom were spacious & immaculatly clean! The host at the hotel was lovely & give us all the information we needed upon arrival without us even needing to ask! This hotel was great value for money as well, would definitely stay here again!
Very lovely stay! The woman who runs it is very hospitable, speaks good English and went out of her way to make sure we knew how best to get into Venice economically. Breakfast is plain (coffee or tea, orange juice and three types of baked goods per person) but definitely enough to start the day with. Room exceeded expectations for the price and was cleaned every day while we were out, plus there was a safe in the room we could lock valuables in. All in all a very good experience!
The woman who works there is very helpful and friendly. It's very quiet. Near Venice. I wouldn't stay there if you're in Italy for the first time and travelling alone. Overall, I was very happy!
I've been traveling Europe for 3 months. The service at this hotel is by far the worst I've ever seen. The lady working there was rude and blunt. She seemed bored with her job. The shower barely worked. There are a lot of hotels around the area. You should stay elsewhere!
Spacious room, great value for money, more like a hotel than a hostel. I guess that results in the lack of atmosphere though, I didn't meet or speak with any other travellers during my stay. Good for a one night stopover, close to Mestre station so convenient for getting to Venice itself. Only thing - make sure you get back to Mestre station earlyish as when me and my friend got back (after 12) the exit from the station we needed was locked, so we had to walk all the way round for 2 hours!
5 minute walk from Venezia Mestre station and 10 minute walk from a big supermarket, and air con is good. Room is nice but not good value for money at all, had nicer rooms in B&Bs in other places for half the price. We were told we could get breakfast in the morning, but the owner failed to mention that it needed to be ordered the night before, so we didn't get food in the morning and were not very happy.
Hotel Martello was prefectly situated just outside Venice. Only a 10 train, which came every 20 minutes. Perfect for a short stay in Venice
Nice quiet place to sleep. Location is about a 10 minute train ride from actual Venice.
A lovely family run hotel on the Venice mainland - very clean and comforting rooms with AC and full ensuite, plus a good spread for breakfast for €4. It's frustrating to have to get a bus into the Venice mainland each day but if you're looking to go to Venice a bit more affordably it's definitely a good tradeoff - wholeheartedly recommend!
Very nice hotel, easy to find and travel to/from Venice itself. Staff very helpful, provided all the basic tourist info right away (very good map, bus tickets' prices and timetables) as well as where is a supermarket etc. Room had a separate shower and a conditioner which is great in a hot summer day. Nice stay!
Very very clean! Good staff very helpful, Very quiet good for getting some sleep. Short stroll to the bus stop across to the main island.

Quiet hotel with lovely lady (owner?) at the desk. Great value! Good amenities. Away from the craziness of the islands but easy to access.
V clean and nice but little away from city center

It is a hotel so private room cleaned every day, good bed and bathroom that you don't have to share. Close to bus and trains to get into Venice. It is several kilometres from Venice. Has local cafes/restaurants and supermarket plus a laundromat. I did not have any meals there so cannot comment. Lady running the place friendly and helpful.
The host was the nicest Italian we have ever met. The hotel is very nice and cozy. We will definitely recommend it to our friends.
It's not on the main island but it was so easy to get to the main station and the place was so nice it was definitely worth being a little outside. You 100% get your money's worth, only stayed there one night but I would go back in a heart beat. The woman was really nice and helpful and would answer any questions and gave good information about Venice. Overall a great place to stay!
My expectations were exceeded by how close it was to the train station, the quiet residential area it's located it and the ease at which I was able to go to the heart of Venice. I would never pay the exorbitant prices of the hotels in Venice and face having to drag my luggage around. The host was a lovely woman who greeted & treated me like family. I regret only staying one night. The room was clean, the wifi superb & the bathroom spotless! Highly recommend.
I was treated very bad and the lady who takes care of the place was with bad mood
