There were certain annoying problems (the hot water heater in the bathroom was broken, and the hotel's computer system moved so slowly that it took them 20 minutes to check us in and out), but the place has very nice rooms and is nicely centrally located on MI road near Lassi Wallah. The long wait times for check in and check out may have resulted from understaffing caused by the Holi festival.
