Awful! I´m doing this review because I don't want any gir traveling alonel to pass the same 'i've passed through. summing up,When I went to take a shower the shower was broken and the drain didnt work, so the room flooded and all was wet. Then, the only man responsable came and said I break everything, that was a lie. He didnt speak english only italian. I had the sensation I was alone and asked for help to another man in the building. The wifi didn't work in my room, so I was scared and afraid,

The sheets were dirty and there were cobwebs in the corner. I felt very dirty staying the Hostel.

The hostel has good prices, location not far from center . Although very strong audibility to sleep badly if someone speaks behind a wall. of Milan

we did not expect such a clean and neat hostel with that price, it was comfortable and quiet. we spent just one night but we liked there.

The general atmosphere of the "hotel" was terrible. It is an old establishment runned by rude personal. The receptionist is an italian old man that doesn't speak english and sleeps in an bed in the middle of the reception. They don't change the towels and they don't clean the room. The wifi doesn't work, just in the reception but we cant go there during the night because the guy doesn't let us. The bathroom is not the proper bathroom for a hotel as it was very uncomfortale and dirty.

Terrible. It's not hostel but hotel where you can book one bed instead of a room. Location is not so good, about 40 min from city center, and directions are poor. Security is average, but you had to leave the key from your room at the reception. No lockers and even no locks fot the bathroom door! One of the staff guy was able to speak english, the other one speaks only italian and was rude. Almost no wi-fi in the rooms! And you can't use it in common space after 1 am, so no internet at night.

I have ordered 4bedroom and got 6bedroom with no apologize for that. If I compare that to all other hostels I have ever been to it was the most expensive and poorest accommodation I ever had.

I booked a room with 4 beds, but there were 5, without space among them

Fine for one night and good value for money. Staff seemed uninterested and were smoking on the balcony so the smell went through the whole hostel.

+ Hostel is quite close to the city center. It's quite location. Room and bathroom were clean. Hairdryer in bathroom. - There is no kettle, if you want to boil the water, you can only use a microwave, but you can take their cup. We came in the morning to leave our luggage, but the guy at the reception (the only one person in the hostel) didnt speak english and we had to use google translator. There was no lockers - we had to leave our luggage just in the hall.

The hotel is not very close to the metro, you have to walk a bit. The guy at the reception did not speak much English, but don't need to if you have routine checking-in into hostels. About 30 minutes walk to the center, which isn't bad. The place is nice and clean, they don't have air-con in the rooms but if you keep the window open, it is OK.

We loved the air conditioning, although we had to pay extra for it, and remotes were shared between rooms. One of our friends dropped out of the trip due to illness, but as it's a hotel she couldn't cancel her bed - not a negative just to note. There wasn't enough toilet roll in the room, there was under a full roll for a room of four, so had to request more. Not a very central location. It was a reasonable experience, definitely very well priced for a hotel.

Stayed here for 4 nights. It was clean, close to the central station and city centre and it was easy to get to by bus. There was only locks for the dorms, so no private space to keep your luggage or valuables. The whole atmosphere wasn't very hostel-like, felt more like a shared hotel. Not ideal if you want to meet new people. You'll have to pay a 3€ city tax/night, and also 5€ every time you want to turn on the AC. If you're just looking for somewhere to sleep, this is fine.

Wonderful to stay. Very clean great staff.

In fact I do not sleep in this hostel. I had a problem with my booking because when I got did not have a reservation. However, they sent me to a hotel near the Medea hostel, where I paid the same. The staff was friendly and resolved the situation without much waiting.
