It is the most sucks hotel we had ever booked !! When we arrived, there was totally NO people at the reception desk. We waited for several hours til night & still no staff show up. Even we keep calling by phone, NO one listen!! We can NOT get our room key and have to find another hotel at the end. But the hotel still charge us the whole fee without providing refund or apologize!! I would NEVER book this hotel anymore!

The lady who attended us was amazingly rude when we were checking out and paying. First she said she didn't have change and that it was our problem to get the exact amount. Then she did not want to give our money back (so that we could get the change) and didn't want to accept our cash, finally she managed to get the change but wanted us to pay again (claiming we haven't paid)! we were even considering calling the police.
