Great staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, good food in the rooftop terrace, good location. A handy travel agent is attached. Suggestions would be more hot water. It's hit and miss. Also lower the noise level.

Very nice stay in the heart of old Udipur in Lal Ghat. Great location and friendly staff. Wifi on the roof is really nice after all day walking through city. I loved that rooftop with panorama view and there was also very nice food. Really worth to spend night here!

The power-points in my room had problems so I couldn't charge my smart phone. THEY ASKED ME to leave my phone in the restaurant to charge, and when I went back after an hour, it was gone! The exact area where the phone was charged was not in the region under the surveillance camera, and it seemed that only European tourists were in the surroundings. So it could only be stolen by those who know how to avoid the surveillance camera, hence THE STAFF. They never compensated. BETTER SLEEP ON STREETS

We were well looked after in a wonderful room - especially when we had issues with our booking and we were both quite unwell when we arrived. Lovely facilities and delightful location, very central.
