The bathroomtowels were the worst i´ve ever seen, so worn out an really needed to be changed. The breakfastroom on the topfloor was very nice!

Staff at the hotel are lovely! Smiling, friendly and happy to help. Unfortunately the hotel itself needs a bit of an overhaul. Our bed sheets had holes and the blankets were stained. Mouldy shower curtains and the free water provided looked quite dirty (and in recycled bottles). 'Colorful' decor too. The location was a long way from the main city itself in a quiet area. For 40RM each a night you can find better closer to town. Free wifi in the rooms was good although you had to pay downstairs.

I really did not like staying there. When I got in, I had big problem with the staff that tried to charge me double what I was supposed to pay (and still the room is quite expensive). It took me over an hour to sort this out and by then it was already past midnight and I was very tired after a long journey. I got my way in the end but they never said they were sorry for the misunderstanding or anything. Just called mu rude and unreasonable and I went to bed quite unhappy. The room was not clean

A nice hotel in the downtown near from Komtar with friendli staffs. Good price, clean and comfortable.
