Located in a quiet street only 200 metres from bars & restaurants. My single room was extremely spacious. I had a TV , security combination lock safe, a spacious bathroom and a balcony. The hotel also has a nice rooftop garden. This hotel is excellent value for money, I would definitely stay here again. JMc - seasoned traveller

Overall a decent place to stay... Not all staff were accomodating mainly because it was a busy time being Chinese New Year and all. The gentlemen that worked in the evening including the manager were wonderful. They helped save some money by setting up a taxi rental to do some touring instead of taking two separate day tours which would have cost twice as much... The location wasn't horrible but it was a bit of a walk everyday to get into the bustling part of the town.

I feel the staff at the front office just do the minimum. The housekeeping staff and staff in the breakfast room are very friendly though. It's certainly not a place where I'd recommend my friends to stay at, not so much that it has no character, but the overall experience is rather ordinary.
