The location is very good. But we have serious considerations about the staff. They lied to us about the payment methods. It was said that they accept credit cards, and they even have those visa/mastercard flags and machines at the reception, but when a arrived, they said "cash only, we don't accept cards". Later, on day after, we saw other guest using the card. We were traveling on low cash, and that troubled our plans. Also, when we asked about it with them again, they chip talked.

The hotel is in the middle of a renovation, although we didn't hear any construction during the weekend we stayed. Our room faced the street and caught a lot of street noise at night. Our room was nicely finished, although using cheap Ikea-like materials that will not stand the test of time, unfortunately. Our shower was never more than luke-warm. The stairs were very skinny and very dirty on the middle floors (which might be rented out weekly?). The upper floors where we stayed were clean.

The location is great, close to the Subway. It was really modern standard of the rooms but we had problems with the heating. The radiator wasn\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t working so it was very cold in the room. Every day we had to tell the staff to fix the radiator, but after a while it was cold again. Finally the last days we receive a warm extra blanket.

Still being renovated, I spent in the upper floor in a rather spacious room - modern and clean. The other floors were still being renovated, but I would not have minded staying there, either. Next to a busy streets, it\'s not the quietest of hotels in Brussels, but it was fine for me.

Stayed on the 6th floor which was lovely. but the other floors hallways were very dirty. problem with the heating first night. There were many young male residence who seem to be living there which made it a bit odd. No internet in rooms only in lobby. Breakfast was good. staff were friendly. location excellent. Cheap for location.

We are very disappointed, Cleanliness and this hotel don't go very well together. Sheets, tovels and pillowcases were dirty, the room was very small, there were only space for the bed. The water of the shower was cold...

It is in good location. The staff is friendly and helpful. Wifi only covers the lobby but really fast. Breakfast is nice. People(from Southeast Asia??) who lived there was terrible. Before we entered in the hotel, they kept screaming to us from their windows. The lift was broken and then we had to climb the stairs to the sixth floor with our luggages!! The first floor to forth floor are in terrible condition and absolutely dirty!! But when it came to fifth floor, it is clean and well-reformed.

We loved the location of this hotel, was completely worth the tiny extra money it cost. They held our bags for us even after we checked out, though they could only accept cash for our payment for our rooms, which was inconvenient. They are currently undergoing renovations, but we got one of the newer rooms, which was very nice and we weren't bothered by the noise from them. Noise from the street was another manner. But the staff was friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay here. The renovations that have been done are fantastic; we were really pleased with our room and the breakfast was really tasty. Definitely a good value for the money. Even with the construction going on in the rest of the hotel it didn't really matter. It was really a nice place. Staff were very helpful and gave great directions.

The location of this hotel is excellent. But, maybe partly due to renovations when I was there, it doesn\'t really have a nice atmosphere. Claustrophobic corridors and elevator, not very clean sheets, they forget to bring towels or toilet paper, and although their site claims to have internet connection in every room, it\'s not true! (you can get a code for the wireless in the lobby)

The hotel in nice and not far from the both of TrainStations and Grand place-city center. New and repaired, fashionable room, new bathroom and WC, stylish room, nice breakfast. The only thing we were irritated is the noise of other guests and that the other floors of the hotel was under construction and from the 8 am we were hearing all of the construction noises.

The ho(s)tel was in restructuring, so it was not in a perfect condition. However the room was clean, breakfast included and the hotel is very well located (5 min from Grand Place). Good Quality price. I will suggest it for young people, who don't want to spend too much (25€ pro person).

Very good location, easy walk to all main atractions as Brussels is very compact. The room on the 6th floor was spotless, fantastic view, however it was really cold. Luckily the shower was hot... Not a place to meet new people, like other travelers but it's ok for couples (seems the higher you are the better the rooms).
