Great location. Shower wasn't hot but we could deal with it. V friendly staff. Thanks. Would stay again.

Great bathroom connected to the room. We got a 3 person room, which was a very nice size. Great location, about 10 minutes from Grand Place. Also, right next to metro stop. Staff were nice, but told us our room would be ready by 11am. got there at 11 and told us it would be another hour!!

we had a nice refurbished room, breakfast good, good location. (Minor problem with heating sorted once we complained).

everything was fine until leaving and paying for our room when i was told that the deposit i paid through hostelworld is commission and i have to pay the full price of the room. i refused to do so obviously. and even though the room was great and the location perfect (although hotel very noisy and you have to leave the key at reception so bit worried about security), i left with a very bad taste in my mouth and would not return.

Some of the floors in the building look like they are in the middle of a renovation, but this didn't affect our accommodation or the facilities available. The staff were helpful, and the breakfast was typically continental. Thanks very much!
