The only poor marks go to location, which isn't their fault. The town of San Andres is kinda creepy. I felt perfectly fine but my friend was clearly worried. It is directly on the beach but the beach tends to have garbage on it. However this said. It is a cheap stay, with cheap food nearby. But the best part is the hostess. She's brilliantly nice, and doesn't speak English. We struggled to communicate, but got everything done and she was unbelievably helpful. She and her husband were great.
