Staff were not really helpful from time to time, swimming pool was really nice, and rooms are also nice and comfy.

Hostel was generally great, however, wouldn´t refund deposit madevia hostelworld for room booked in advance which I needed to change upon arrival - for a larger room for more people. Seemed unreasonable. Hostel staff spoke good english but seemed not to understand what I was saying when asking for help in getting a reasonable refund when bringing them more business that required an amended booking. Tupiza tours were excellent and great that they are co'located.

Really nice, comfortable rooms and beds. The pool was brilliant but unfortunately was drained and cleaned on our last day. Our room was cleaned every day and we were given clean towels and new soap. The tour agency within the hotel is also excellent. Buffet breakfast average. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Nice double rooms, very good value for the price. Showers were nice and hot. Also a nice outdoor area and pool. Staff were friendly although sometimes reception was unmanned which was a little worrying as the keys were available for anyone to take. Good place to stay in and a much better place to organise salt flat tours from than Uyuni.

Great pool and one of the best breakfasts we have had so far in South America. Very clean as well and double rooms were nice and spacious. There was abit of a smell coming from the drain in the bathroom. Overall a good quality cheap hotel.
