A lovely little hotel, very close to the train station and a nice walk through town to get to the Tower. We only stayed one night but the bed was really comfy, the staff were lovely and the breakfast was simple but good.

Stayed one night and booked to return the following week. Next morning, both of us had been badly bitten (we thought by mosquitoes). Later discovered with medical help that we had been a victim of bedbugs. Put a dampener on our holiday. On our return, we explained that we were happy to stay but in a different room. Despite photographic evidence and doctor's advice hostel refused to help and offered us a different room at a higher rate. We cancelled the booking and went elsewhere.

The hotel was very easy to find, close to the train station, and about a 20 min walk from airport so is convenient. It is also walking distance to the tower of Pisa. The staff are nice and friendly and the room was relatively clean. Towels and small packets of shampoo and soap were available too. There is also a balcony but the view wasn't very good. Breakfast is downstairs: cereal, yoghurt, croissants, milk, juice, tea, coffee all provided. Overall, it was a good stay for the price.

Big bedroom, with air conditioner, great breakfast and friendly staff. Its a great option if you're looking for a place to sleep.

Unbelievably convenient to the train station and airport–perfect for us, since we arrived by train and had just a short 2-night stay before we left by airplane. It's about a 20 minute walk to the tower, but this is ideal in a way, because then you get to walk through the streets. The wifi worked only in the lobby area, but that wasn't a problem for us. The staff was all lovely and helpful. There's also a cute breakfast in the morning included! Definitely recommend, we were extremely satisfied.

Very helpful with directions and what to do in town. Very friendly. Stored our luggage after checkout and let us use the facilities at no charge.

Located just near the train station wich was convinient. Staff was friendly and let us have our bags there after we checked out. Also 24-hour reception wich was good. It was overall clean, but the bed spread and the quilt had cigarette burns and stains on them. The balcony wasn't worth the price since it overlooked the train station wich also made some noise during the night. The breakfast included wasn't much, toast and not so Italian coffee.

our room looked onto a v busy road at the back of the hostel and more importantly several rail lines which were busy all through the night moving freight. the noise was terrible.in every other respect the hostel was good.

Room was small but adequate and very clean. The location is very convenient for train travellers. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to store our bags for the day after checking out so we could do a quick day trip to Lucca.

Extremely good values for money and very helpful staff with reasonable understanding of English. Stairs difficult to negotiate for people with mild mobility problems.

This is obviously a low budget hotel but the decor is so basic and depressing.. It could really do with a complete facelift. Good breakfast though (included) and very helpful staff. Glad I was only staying one night.

Good location- walked there from the airport, walked past the train station on our way to the Tower. The staff was really helpful in providing directions and map. They also told us about this great flower market that was going on in town centre, that we were able to walk through on our way to the Tower. We stayed in a triple room, our bathroom was across the all- everything was clean, comfortable and safe. Breakfast was nothing special but did the job, wifi available in the main area only

Enjoyed our stay here. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
