9 air-conditioned guestrooms make up the centrally located, and totally renovated,
Hotel Moderno, all decorated in austere yet conventional Venetian style. The 9 rooms consist of single, double, triple and featuring private bathrooms.
Modern facilities one might expect in a centrally located Venice hotel such as digital television, individually controlled conditioning, room safe and direct dial telephone complement perfectly the interior furnishings and decorations
During the winter season (from 01/11/2011 to 10/02/2012) check-ins and check-outs will be done at our main hotel Antica Casa Carettoni (Lista di Spagna 130) which is just between 08.00am-20.00pm, after this time the customer can pick up the key from 'QB take way restaurant' till 23.00. If you wish to arrive after 23.00 you must contact the hotel reception to advise about your late check-in
Please note we only accept payments by CASH upon arrival as credit card facilities are not available; the 90% outstanding amount is due to be paid when checking in
While IVA is included in the on-line room rates, please note the LOCAL TOURIST TAX is not) and it is to be paid separately upon arrival (2 euro per person per night)
Please note breakfast is not included in the on-line room rates
