During 'low season' check-in has to bee done at the main hotel or the QB restaurant - this may sound a bit complicated, but actually all three buildings are just next to each other on the same road, so its really no problem at all. Furthermore the location is very close to the train station. If you go as a couple you should know that their double beds are actually made of two singles put together, but if you can live with that it's probably the cheapest double room you can find in Venice.

Nice place. No complains. I will stay here again.
Incredibly easy to find from the train station. Was in a busy street, but was quiet once inside. Hotel is behind a security door down an alleyway. Room wasn't bad, considering the ridiculous cost of most things in Venice. Location is great, with a vaporetto stop opposite, but the area is a bit of a tourist trap for expensive food and poor quality tat.
The room was small but it was clean and was convenient (2 min from train station) and provided a bed to sleep in which was all I needed. Would defiantly recommend it (if you are planning to be outdoors exploring all day) and would stay there again.
This is venice, and if you have the money stay somewhere better! It smells, there is mould covered up by carpet on the walls, you have to pay for Internet, just not great. It is close to the train station but about 30-60mins from main sites. Staff speak english and are nice enough but yeah no atmosphere, hardly see anyone. Only stairs no lift and you leave the key at reception when you go out. Do not recommend!
