lovely room, good location, only a 15 minute walk from the station. didnt get our room cleaned daily though which we were expecting... staff were helpful though, we accidently booked an extra night which we didnt need and the hotel didnt charge us for this which was really understanding seeing as they could have done.

Staff weren't overly helpful or friendly but the room was lovely and location was perfect. Shared bathroom was a slight problem because of having to wait.

Good hotel with great location just 2 metro stations to the central station or u can go by feet. Very good staff!

Location is very convenient - about 15 mins easy walk from the central train station and Marienplatz, or there is a U-bahn station opposite. We stayed in a twin room with a shared bathroom - there were only 2 bathrooms on our floor but we never had to wait to use it, although the hotel seemed very quiet so this maybe more of a problem at peak times. Having a basin in the room was very useful. It was clean, quiet (despite paper thin walls!) but probably not great for meeting other travellers.
