Location ist just arround the corner from railwaystation. Personnel is kind and helping, breakfast is enough. The chamber was though very old and needed some refreshment. It is a 20 minutes pleasant walk from the city center. In the evening there is good connection with tram Nr. 15. Just opposite from hotel there is a very nice trattoria with good and simple family food and very surprisingly low prises. Was actually a nice stay.
