The hostel is very close to Sacre Coeur, hence, it's very well located. It's clean, quiet and cheap, for what Paris offers. It was a family trip and the hostel is okay even for grandmothers. The only thing is that the building does not have a lift, in case you have problems with walking up to the 5th floor, but then it's not the hostel fault. :)
The staff was really friendly and helpful, and the sacre coeur is just a few minutes walk away. However, the toilet and bathroom was quite dirty, and the hotel rooms were very stuffy. If you value cleanliness, I would recommend paying more for a nicer hotel or staying at a hostel.
We did not like that their was no sink in the toilet area and that we had to travel to our own room to wash our hands. Toilet paper was not refilled. Bed/pillows were uncomfortable. Area is shady but did not feel threatened.
The staff was pretty friendly and even called several places for us to get us tickets to Moulin Rouge. The rooms were a little small, but clean. We had a sink in our room and a shared bathroom with our floor, which consisted of a few other rooms. It's fairly close to the metro and there are many places to eat, drink, and shop at within walking distance. The neighborhood never felt dangerous even at night, but the walls/windows in the hostel were pretty thin so we could hear everything around us
Friendly staff, nice they have a kitchen we could use. Good location near metro station and Sacre Coeur. Room was big enough. Good shower
The owner should definitely install a lift !
Close to metro stations - 1min walking, 5 min walking from sacre cour. They have towels - which is not so easy to find at this price. They offer breakfast for 7 euros. You can use the kitchen, reallt good. Friendly staff, Farrid in particular helped us a lot. Really clean place. 2 markets close, lots of restaurantes also close.
The staff was friendly, the location was amazing, very close to Sacre Coeur! Totally worth the money!

The cleanliness was acceptable but not sparkling. The staff were quite friendly and spoke good English. It was really close to the metro and in walking distance to the sacre coeur. Pretty good for the price you pay.
The staff were sort of friendly and helpful, but also not. They did not offer to help us carry our luggage up five flights of stairs, but they did help us order a shuttle to the airport. The facilities are old, dingy, and crowded, but not unacceptable. Overall, everything is average. We were a bit disappointed to find upon arrival that the breakfast was not free as advertised, however, there are great cafes in the area for a lower price than the amount charged by the hostel for breakfast.
Nothing to complain about my stay. Kind staff, the room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed too. I would recommend this place to a friend!
The hotel offers a very good price X benefit ratio. Close to Montmartre, metro and train stations. Also some local commerce. Clean, towels, but no lifts. Kitchen can be used after 10.30am. there is a microwave and a fridge for you, but no good for breakfast.
