We were moved to another branch of Mother Tree called Good Karma due to requesting air con. Can't recommend highly enough. We'd def stay again.

This was our first stop in India. When we arrived at Hotel Mother Tree there was no room available, so we were moved to the sister residency "The Good Karma Inn" about 200m down the road. We did however have an excellent time at the Good Karma Inn, the rooms were modern and clean. Breakfast was great (coffee too). Anoob, the brother of the owner of Mother Tree runs Good Karma, and he was extremely helpful with everything. Would stay there again. + Location, Staff, Cleanliness

Very helpful and frienly staff, who gave good advice about local activities in the area. Rooms at Mother tree are basic but considering the price good value for money. Rooms at GoodKarma were bigger and felt cleaner. Lack of internet connection at GoodKarma was a little frustrating (the data usage had been used up for the month). Overall very happy with the stay. Good basic accomodation, central location, felt safe and very useful, well informed and honest staff.

I originally booked just 1 nights and ended up extending for a week because it was just what I needed. The host was really a genuine guy and helped me with things when I needed, takes a genuine interest in what he does. The room was clean, everything worked and nothing was ever an issue. I really looked forward to having breakfast upstairs every morning. Actual coffee! Location was perfect as well. very would definitely recommend :) Thanks shyam and mothertree staffs
