Hotel Nautico Inn Veracruz Reviews

When we arrived at this hotel the receptionist was on the phone and continued his conversation while we checked in, he was very unhelpful and also didn't know how to operate the coffee machine. The hotel was in a very dodgy area, where the local 7/11 type store only serves from a small window. It was 4 blocks from the ocean front but 12 blocks from the centre of the city. We saw hotels with cheaper prices in a better location. Veracruz was disappointing overall.

this is a very economic hostel- especially during the high holiday season in Veracruz. The facility is very clean and the hostel staff is nice and helpful - except they speak almost NO English and most of our group members don't speak Spanish. SO language communication could be a problem. the only thing I have complaint is the strong mildew odor in the rooms - even with the air conditioner on in December - we can still smell it. The room on the group level is almost unbearable. So be ware!

Really basic hotel, but worht to stay the night and i think it's the cheapest you can find in Veracruz.

Staff were very helpful in conveying messages to and from shipping agent while I was awaiting the arrrival of a containership. Willing and helpful in spite of language difficulties. Would stay again if ever in VeraCruz.
