Hotel Nella Reviews

The hotel has a great location and is super close to the train station. Our room was large and the room and bathroom were extremely clean. Only negatives I can think of is that there is no television, and that for wifi you have to sit in the hallway. Also, you are to be silent after 11pm which is a little ridiculous and unrealistic. The owner and her son are the nicest people though, and give you a map, and explain where to go.

Great location and very helpful staff. The owner actually took the time to go over a local map and explain some of the best locations to see.

Very nice hostel. Owner was very helpful with information for a day excursion to surrounding areas and even helped us book it. The hostel was very clean. The only slight concern was the lack of wifi reception in our room (which was far from the wifi router, I suspect). We had to either sit in the hallway or go closer to the Office. Other than this we really enjoyed Hotel Nella.

This little hotel is perfectly located near the train station and all attractions in Firenze, the city is anyway very small and you can just walk everywhere. The room and bathroom were very simple style but extremely clean, I went during winter time and outside it was freezing cold but the heating system inside was good and there were plenty of blankets. The owner is a very nice and helpful lady that make you feel like home. Wifi ok. You can make your tea/coffee or use the microwave all for free

Great place to stay in Florence! Really close to the train station and the staff was very helpful. We even had a poster of Audrey Hepburn in our room :)
