The towels they give, are not exactly towels but fabric.. that's the only thing they should change.

My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was my girlfriend's birthday whilst we stayed there and the staff were aware of this and even sang happy birthday to her & bought a small card which was a very nice touch.

The owner was very friendly and provided us with lots of suggestions on places to visit in Florence. However, our room was a little far away from the reception, so probably that's why the free WiFi didn't work for us.
