Verry correct what you see is what you get, i mean i paid the exact amount what was on the bill in advance without a sudden added tourist/city/comunity etc. tax. this hapened in all the other locations, in perticulatr the plus hostel rome where i had to add 30 euros on top of the bill for a so called tourist tax.

everything is not bad just the location... if you have a car your own, this hotel will be very good in this good price and good room. but for us we have to walk to the bus stop and take the bus to city center for total 1 hour... WIFI in the lobby only but it's enough for us.

Nettuno is a quite large hotel, located on the outskirts of the Bologna. If you have a car - you're good. Otherwise it's impossible to get there. A bit more than 11km divide you from Bologna but once again - it's not a huge deal considering the price and the value of the rooms Hotel has to offer.

Pros: - Can't beat the price; - Room was clean and in order; - Bathroom was clean, shower was hot and pressure excellent; - The hotel is a safe environment; - Not noisy at all, at least our room wasnt (4th floor) Cons: - A bit outdated (probably built in the 60's/70's needs renovation); - Far from city center, not good if you are planning on visiting Bologna; - The area is industrial, 3 large TV/Cell towers RIGHT NEXT to the hotel; - Third bed was a small cot, beds not very comfy;

The property is not a bad accomodation, but I suggest to intersted travellers to book it only if they would come to Bologna by car: there isn't any other way to reach it. Staff was nice, but wifi didn't work and there are no common computers at the lobby.

The hotel is completely inaccessible by public transport and walking there is very difficult, near impossible. Without the help of a passing stranger, we struggled to get there. It said it was in Bologna, but is not: it is in Castel Maggiore on an industrial estate. The price was cheap but did not include breakfast, and as it is so remote, you have no option but to pay the extra 6 euros. The room smelled of stale smoke. There was no outdoor area to sit out in.

The location is a bit out of Bologna, but for us, it was perfect! The staff was REALLY nice, very knowledgeable and always tried their best to be helpful. We would definitely recommend the place. A few things to mention though: we were disappointed that the one hotel computer for guests was not in use, that the room had cards which advertised car rental but we were informed that car rentals were not being done any more and that the breakfast was not entirely as varied as we had hoped.
