5 mn walk from Universita in Napoli centro historico, little hotel very convenient to stay a couple of days, the roof terrasse is unexpected and very nice to enjoy a sunny breakfast. (breakfast area is closed after 10am, so don't arrive 5mn before 10 if you like to take your time). Rooms are small and not really soundproof but everything is tidy and clean.
