I was in the Hotel New Inn with my mumm and we were very satisfied. The location is perfect - near the city center and the Termini train station. The atmosphere in the hotel was very comfortable, the stuff was nice and helpful. We had a room situated to the main street, so when you had opened window it was quite noisy. In the night it wasn't disturbing, we were sleeping well :-) The breakfast was excellent, even not continental (sweet croissant and coffee/tea). I will definitely come back again!

The hotel is nicely furnished but not very welcoming. Airport transfer is claimed to be their service but it turns out to be a trick. They didn't provide anything. All they do is searching information for us then we arrange it ourselves. Something unhappy happened. The staff asked us to pay when we check out (usual practice for other hotels), but late at night on our second night, the owner knocked the door and asked us to pay. That is scary as a stranger speaks to you rudely late at night.

Breakfast is served at a nearby cafe, newly renovated and clean, 3rd floor with elevator, super close to the train station. Was worth the 18euro/person/night in Dec.(low season), only one small panic attack when I found a bed bug on my new towel. Searched the whole room and didn't find more, the front desk explained that their laundry is done at a laundry mat nearby and not in the building, which explains why there were no other bugs in the room -yet. Hopefully they clean elsewhere.

We arrived late and so had to call the number but someone came right over to let us in, was very friendly. Free breakfast was at a nearby cafe and was very good. Location is very close to termini train station. Everything was clean. The bed was fine for me but my mom said it was a bit too hard and springy for her. The heat in the room did not work but we didn't ask reception to look at it so that was out fault. Overall not bad.

The location is great, the rooms are newly renovated, and breakfast @the cafe round the corner is nice. But the WIFI signal in the room is weak, though it's free.
