If your reservation is canceled within 3 days or more of your check-in date, the cancellation fee will be 20% of the full booking price.
If your reservation is canceled within 24 hours of your check-in date, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the full booking price.
If you do not intend to stay at the hotel, but fail to cancel your reservation by check-in time, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the full booking price.
