Such a helpful manager. I had my bag snatched on first night and the manager really took care of me, and gave me an extra free night at the hotel. Hotel is simple and clean, with comfortable beds and good English speaking film channels. Bit of a dodgy area at night so be aware, but only a 10min walk along one road into main HCMC.

a 7 minute walk from backpacker area.quiet at night. fresh towels each day and good shower. - - we booked a 3 Bed Private for 3 guys and were then given a 2 bed. They said the hotel only has double beds. Hostelworld says 3 bed. They didn't care.we arrived very early in the morning and no early checkin was allowed, only if we paid full price for an additional night, which we did because we were very tired. We were quite early but a reduced rate would have been nice. There was a used condom in room
The staff was really friendly, we got to extra blankets. Shower had always hot water. Laundry-service was good. Tour-service was good. All in all a good experience.

The hotel was probably what you would expect for being so cheap -- just a place to sleep. For that it was fine; the sheets were clean, the bed comfortable, and the room quiet.. It wasn't particularly clean or special, but the room we stayed in had a really good shower. Aside from being the usuall shower in these kinds of places (no shower curtain), the water was really warm and the water pressure very strong.
We enjoyed our time at this hotel and were happy to have a fridge in the room. Most of the staff were helpful for us but not all spoke English. There was a slight problem with ants, but other than that, it was quite clean. We aren't smokers and our bathroom window connected to a smoker's bathroom so we were not pleased with the smoke coming into our room. The location was close to plenty of places to eat and a nice little park.
Fantastic location - a little out of the way to ensure peace and quiet, but close enough to the action to enjoy the sights and tourist areas. Staff and their English/helpfulness was a bit hit and miss. We also don't recommend booking tours through this hotel. Overall, good value for money.
The hotel is in a really quiet area ov ho chi minh, that 's a good point. We stayed a couple of nights and the cleanliness was quite bad. I don 't reckon you this hotel if you are fassy with the cleanliness. There is nice and cheap street food around !
