The location is excellent, and the staff are very kind, every thing I needed I had in the Hotel. Breakfest is delicious. Very good place to stay.

I had a very nice stay at the hotel.: nice location, nice room and very nice staff I was just surprised that the account paid before I came was not substracted from the total invoice. The hotel siad this amount was paid to Hostels Worldwide whereas on the invoide I received from Hostels Worldwide at the booking, it was indicated that this amount would be substracted from the total invoice.

The hotel is conveniently localized in front of the train station. Surely, as any city in the world, the area in front of stations is a bit heavy, with prostitution around the corner. But this does not bring safety concerns. The hotel's breakfast is very good and diverse. The staff was very friendly.

excellent location... if you arrive in Porta Nuova train station just take your right and the street in the side of the station is called Nizza, here it´s the hotel.... the hotel is clean, good furniture, looks great.... highly recommended
