Great location near the train station and excellent staff!!! They are almost done with the elevator shaft, but if you get there before it's finished, or it's broken, then expect a semi-steep climb up some stairs to get to the reception.

Great location! 1 min walk from Firenze SMN. Staff spoke English well and were very friendly, helpful and informative. They helped us book a wine tour and gave us great recommendations to restaurants and sites to visit. Also they informed us of local typical dishes and how they were made. Free breakfast was very great. Rooms were clean and cleaned in between nights stayed. As all places in Italy, there was a little noise from the street, but ear plugs fixed that.
