No one was at reception, some (probably) charlady let us in.She did not speak any english, so the communication was hard. I told her I have a reservation, but she obviously did not find it. Anyway some room was available. The room was ugly, dirty and without window.Wi-fi didn't work. She didn't even know if the price we had from hostelworld is right,so she told us to wait 5 minutes to someone we can speak to.But no one came. After 40 minutes we asked her to cancel the reservation and left.

This is a great hotel for a hostel price! Very good deal compared to pretty much anywhere close to this price range in Santiago. Very clean, quiet, and well kept. We stayed for 5 nights here and the location is perfect for enjoying downtown Santiago. There's a subway only 2 blocks away. The owners son is very nice and helpful. Close to the best empanadas in town and the famous fish market. It's a better deal to book on hostel works then upon arrival. They even bring you breakfast in bed.
