We were the only people in the hostel when we stayed but were warmly welcomed and very well looked after. My friend left some items in the hostel that unfortunately were missing by the time she realised they had been forgotten, but the hostel has agreed to pay for them to be replaced. The bar downstairs was great and not too expensive for Zurich, and we would definitely stay there again.
