Very nice rooms in a perfect location. The staff was very friendly. Overall it was very clean. Nevertheless the value for money was ok, even if it was high time due to New Year's Eve. Well, and the breakfast should be included into the rate and should not make the rates higher. A hotel at the Cote d'Azur should look on the client and not only on the profit. Well, we did not take the breakfast, which costed 8 Euro per person. There is a monoprix at the end of rue hoche.

Very easy to find since it's a block from the train station. Great location across from nice restaurants, Galeries Lafayette, and not far from auditorium and the Sea. Nice hotel for a French 2-3 star.
