Felt very safe and clean

The stay wasn't too bad apart from the fact that one of our booked rooms hadn't been cleaned and tidied up yet when we opened the door, in addition it still smelled of cigarette smoke (apparently we had got a smoker's room which isn't great when you are a non-smoker). Another thing that happened was an electricity cut in the morning, so I wasn't able to dry my hair after the shower. The bathroom is very good though, very clean and newly refurbished and the beds were quite comfy, too.

Good and clean.

Facilities and localitation is excellent! Just 2 minutes walking from gare. Room is very clean, the only bad thing is that thee hair dryer didn't work. But otherwise si excellent, very recommendable.

I love this hotel. There is an air-conditioner, very comfortable and this hotel is super near the train station. Basically opposite the Cannes train station and from this hotel, you can go to anywhere on foot. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at PLM! Though the rooms are small, it doesn't matter when the location and cleanliness are perfect! Great staff, very helpful, and the area is calm, you sleep inside double shielded windows, you don't hear a thing! I would advise anyone looking for a quiet stay in Cannes to go to PLM.

It is a cheap small hotel, but does the job nicely. Only catch is the hours for the front desk are ridiculously short (and the front door is locked when it is not staffed), and you have to buzz the hotel next door to let you in. Not a big deal, but a key would be slightly nicer.

This is an awesome place to stay while visiting Cannes. The room was very nice with ceiling high windows. The room also has air conditioning. It's a two min walk from the train station and a five min walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

The accommodation was in a fantastic locatiln in the centre of Cannes. The room was a pefect size and had eveything w needed, it was also nice to have the option of paying breakfast.

Nice hotel in a great location. Close to the train station and has everything that you need. Not many frills but the room was clean, in a nice area, and the staff was friendly. The only negative was that the front desk wasn't open in the evening so in order to get into the building you needed to use an intercom system on the door to have someone buzz you in from the main desk a couple of hotels away. Not a huge deal but I am certainly not accustomed to having to do that.

Not amazing but good location

Very nice rooms in a perfect location. The staff was very friendly. Overall it was very clean. Nevertheless the value for money was ok, even if it was high time due to New Year's Eve. Well, and the breakfast should be included into the rate and should not make the rates higher. A hotel at the Cote d'Azur should look on the client and not only on the profit. Well, we did not take the breakfast, which costed 8 Euro per person. There is a monoprix at the end of rue hoche.

Very easy to find since it's a block from the train station. Great location across from nice restaurants, Galeries Lafayette, and not far from auditorium and the Sea. Nice hotel for a French 2-3 star.

The staff here were the nicest we met on our 2 month trip in three countries. They were so helpful and friendly!

Hôtel PLM was great -- extremely clean, wonderfully helpful staff who spoke English but humored us when we stumbled through talking to them in French, AC in the rooms, AMAZING location, very safe. The staff even lent us beach towels to go to the beach and offered to guard our luggage while we were out even though we had already checked out . I would definitely recommend it to other travelers traveling in small groups. Rated "fun" as good instead of excellent because i did not see other students.

Good location, good staff, very good hotel !!!

Very well located hotel for the price.

Good 2 star hotel for good price, close to the beach and the center of Cannes. However when you arrive late you could be surprised to go to another hotel to check-in. But it is very close (50m) and procedure goes quick. I recommand !

The location of the hotel is awesome, staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are small but clean and calm! It's a great place to stay and i will absolutely recommend this hotel for every trip to cannes! Thanks!

I found very expensive for 2 nights with no breakfast included. The use of the phone to call late night to Canada was an issue on both nights since the staff was not able to hop over from the other hotel they were hosting, since no reception provided at PLM in the evening as they were at hostel toscano.. However wifi was accessible and clean with a great location.
