Nice stay, it was pretty basic, but clean and not too far away from the main attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. It felt safe because we had to give the keys into the desk every time we went out, and the staff had to open the door to let people in. I would stay here again.

+ The location of this hotel definitely is its best feature. Staff are nice, they gave us a short introduction into Milan when we arrived, and a map to discover the city. The room was decent and no-nonsense, and so was the bathroom. For us, it was all we needed on our shoestring-style city trip. - The only thing I found strange: the reception guy recommended us a restaurant which turned out to be a shabby snack bar. Don't know why he did that? Lastly: it smelled like cigarettes in the room.

The room smelled a lot like cigarettes! The atmosphere wasn't great. But the staff is available 24h and it is well located.

It was cold, it was not that clean and the beds are really uncomfortable. The doors are not accurately to be locked and the rooms are very clairaudient. If anybody uses the bathroom, the guests next to it will awaken definitely. All in all, the owner-couple was nice. They gave us some really good information about where to take breakfast, or dinner or to party. If they could someday renovate their hotel, it could be a beautiful accomodation!
