The staff does not speak English, the shower of the private bathroom is small and water gets all over the floor. Otherwise conveniently located near the train station and a short walk to main attractions in town center. The price and location are good so if you are looking for something not too expensive go there, if you want something charming, don't.

This Hotel is in a great location and the staff was helpful.

The hotel had given away our room since we arrived a couple hours late, but the staff arranged an accomodation two streets away, so everything worked out. There are plenty of similar hotels on the same street as this hotel, which are similarly priced, but looks like this is the only one registered in Hostelworld

The hotel is close to the city center and the station. It's good for the location and the transport. We can walk to the center of the city in just 7 minutes. But some of the staff cannot speak English, the room is cool even it has a air condition( we were in Florence on Dec) and I don't think it's a district in good security.

We reserved a double bedroom with a shared bathroom. The shared bathroom was quite awful. It was flooded with water and very unclean. Maybe rooms with a bath ensuite would have been a better choice. Who knows. The location was decent and the staff was good. Some of the staff spoke very little English which was a little hard for us to communicate at times.

Right next to the train station and the staff was so helpful and easy going.

Central , near the main station and duomo,uffizi.free wi-fi breakfast . I think is a good option for visit Florence . Thank you

We were staying there at the end of October and there was no heating in our room. We were freezing and we were told that heating season starts from the 1st of November. The view from our window was kind of dingy ( old and devastated garage). The hotel is located very close to SMN station – even though it is very close to the city center, the neighborhood isn’t particularly friendly. It was clean and the stuff was nice. It is relatively cheap.

Clean hostel, waking distance to the centre. The staff wasn´t the most pleasant type. If youre looking for a place just to sleep its ok.

It's really nice place to stay for a night or two. We had a car and there's a "public" parking place in the end of the street for the night - free. So, it was really good. It's bad they don't serve breakfast..

En líneas generales no está mal del todo, aunque sería conveniente que cambiasen el colchón y realizasen alguna obra en el baño.
