The hostel is well located. However, when I arrived the heater was not working so the room was really cold. Then, the next day they 'fixed' it, but the room was still too cold. The staff only proposed me more covers. I had to leave the hostel since nobody could help me. The price is too high given what you get. There is neither common area nor kitchen, that makes no ambiance at all. Again, the hostel is only well located but there are a lot of hostels in the area with better options.
Good location which is very close to the station surrounded by the bars and restaurants. But the washroom is quite small. Anyway good to stay if you just need a bed to sleep
Was supposed to arrive 9.30pm on my first day of stay but was delayed and wrote the hostel an email at about 630pm informing i will be late and will probably arrive 10.30pm instead. i managed to reach the hostel earlier at 10pm and the guy attending the counter told me he saw my email and knew i was going to be late. he was all friendly and patient though i was late. gave me a quick run-through of the hostel's facilities and rules. the rooms are simple but clean. friendly staffs though!
Super lovely staff, great location. The rooms was clean and the sheets were fresh. Only real downside was the faculties in the 'Kitchen' thankfully Florence cheapish to eat out in. Would defiantely recommend.
Nice hostel. 4 bed male dorm, very spacious with large lockable lockers. Bed and pillow very comfortable. Sink and shower within the room. 5 mins away from central station and less than ten to Duomo. Plenty of restaurants, shops and markets all around
Great location, close to the main train station. Friendly staff and helpful. However their is a shower in the share rooms but is has no privacy at all or a curtain to cover, so if you want to take a shower in the room and someone else is their it would be very uncomfortable.
The hostel has very good localization, only few minutes away from the railway station and from the city center. The rooms are equipped with free air condition and it's a big advantage. At night is quite quiet. There is no option about locking your personal belongings in the room which I find a pity. Also little fridge for so many rooms and only two showers was a bit dissapointing. Apart from this our staying was pretty much ok.
The staff are very friendly and show you how to get to all the main attractions. The location is close to many restaurants and walking distance from most attractions. The hotel is fairly small so doesn't have much of an atmosphere but it is cosy. It has a microwave and a water dispenser. You have to climb 3 flights of stairs but it is still open late at night so there is no worry of being locked out after a night out and you all have lockers in your room.
