There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and the staff was rude to me

The owners didn't welcomed us, nor even talked to us. The just received our money and gave us the keys. The hostel is very very dark, dirty, with a lot of dust and mold. The whole building shold be demolished! WE DO NOT RECOMMEND EVEN FOR OUR WORST ENEMIES!

They don't offer free wi-fi, but there is a really nice cafe across the street that offers free wi-fi and delicious food. The accommodation is close to the East train station which is convenient if you are traveling via train. Also, the staff is friendly even though they do not speak much English. It may not be the nicest hotel, but it is good value for the money.

the hotel is suitable with the price for double room but my friend was in single room though that it was too high price, the hotel with no wifi, a little dirty and unpleasure smell for the first time check in

el hotel bien situado pero muy mala presencia, no te ofrecen ni mantas ni almohadas si las necesitas, de precio muy bien, pero la limpieza fatal, si solo quereis pasar una noxe y pagar barato esta bien pero mas tiempo pk esta muy sucio y antiguo; el servicio fatal y ademas tiene las puertas y ventanas antiguas lo cual no se cierran y ^pasas muxo frio ahun habiendo calefaccion.

The room was very dirty and it was evident the room or bathroom had not been updated in at least 30 years. There was mold in the bathrooms the floor was torn up and dirty, and the paint on the wall was crumbling. It felt like I was staying in an abandoned building that just recently had the water and electricity turned on and somewhat fresh sheets thrown on an old foam mattress. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy, it needs serious rehabilitation.

I have saved lot of money for my city break accommodation.

We requested 3bed for three person,when we came suddenly found out,that in room only two big bads,so we had to sleep with my collegue together in one bad,as it was impossible to divide 2 bads for 3person. When i asked the woman from reception in morning about this situation,she said that this room for 4 persons,and we are three,but actually this is doesnt matter for as,as we paid for 3bads! Thats why actually i we were dissapointed with service.

The hostel was a bit cold and there the smell in the hall and the rooms was not that good. Location was perfect and it was easy to find the way to the subway station

I stayed in January and the room was extremely cold!!! Bathroom was quite dirty. I would not stay there again. No matter the price.

I will never recommend this place to anybody....We froze for 4 nights,we couln't even have a shower,everything in this place was old,old,old.... you should see the blankets they gave us (there was no quilt can you imagine) and the lady at the reception, she was really rude......, we couldn't even enjoy being in Paris.

when we came to the hotel it was very cold because there were no heating. the day after, they gave us a small calorifier which we colud not use it in the bathroom. we colud only heat the room where we slept. the day after radiator in the room start to work but we also have to turn on calorifier because it is january and the temperature is not like in summmer. the radiator in the bathroom did not work the hole 4 days. some of the staff were unpolite. the room was dusty.sorry but it is our opinion

The staff is friendly and helpful, the location is ok, just within a walking distance from Gare d´lest and Gare du Nord, but the hostel is terribly dirty... I stayed there for 3 nights, the floors were already dirty, and the rooms were never vaccummed. There was a lot of hair and dust balls everywhere... It was even difficult to have some extra toilet paper... Unfortunately, it was a terrible stay.

The place smelt of heavy mold! In the bathroom, there was thick mold on the walls and ceiling. When I first came to enter my room, it was already open, which I thought was really weird and uncomfortable. The staff didn't speak any English, and since my French was very rusty, it made it difficult to talk about the hotel. And I also didn't like that you had to leave the key everytime you left the building. Kind of a dodgy neighborhood as well. So I didn't sleep there, just had my stuff there.

it maybe wise to refurnish the hotel.otherwise,great location.

It was all old and some things needs to repair. It was very cold there.

The bathroom was broken, the bedsheet were dirty and our towels have never been changed. One of the worst hostel I have ever seen

Sauberkeit sollte man hier nicht erwarten!!!!!! Bettwäsche ekelhaft und mit flecken. Die Toilette war nicht sauber und hat gestunken, so dass man die Türe immer zumachen musste, weil es sonst im zimmer nach wc gestunken hat. dafür kostet die Übernachtung nur 21 €/Nacht. Wlan gibt es keins. Das Personal kann kein deutsch. Nachts war es verdammt kalt (wir waren in der ersten Dezemberwoche da) zum zudecken gab es nur dünne Bettlacken.
