Everything during our short stay was great. Staff on arrival was very friendly and welcoming. On departure, the staff member accidentally overcharged us (balance was in US$ but he charged in €). We didn't feel a need to go back and complain however because everything was so lovely.

We had a wonderful time. Very clean, the facilities are new, the air conditioning is perfect and the staff was very sweet. It is a one star hotel but the quality is a lot more. Thank you!!

The hostel was very noisy. You'd hear people talking loudly all through the night or street noise even though it's not directly on a major street. I found it very hard to sleep so I'm glad I only stayed the one night. Other than that, the beds were comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms were clean.

Room was clean and nice, and staff were very helpful and friendly (always someone on reception when we passed through). Internet wasn't working the first night but very good the following night. Good location, very near bars and restaurants, and our shared bathroom was very clean and in great condition.

Hotel was very nice, clean, central, with helpful staff. Would stay there again. It is located on a small side street which was very difficult to find. Directions from hostel world add and google maps not helpful, had to ask people for directions and eventually found it by chance after buying a map. English maps and street signs often don't match in Iraklio, so ask for directions.

It is a normal hotel. The rooms are nice enough for the price and the hotel is very well located, not far from the port on a quiet residential street near several good restaurants.
