Definitely has more of a hostel feel than a hotel. The two person room with a shared bathroom had the shower in the room, so it got a little stuffy after a hot shower. The staff was friendly, but spoke no English. Breakfast was good. The room itself was dusty/musty, and the walls between rooms were very thin. Security is good (it's in a gated complex). The room was comfortable, but the mustiness was really unfortunate. I would not recommend for those looking for a hotel, but would for a hostel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this quite unusual hotel.The owner was extremely helpful and friendly and spoke very good English. The only slight problem was that other staff spoke no English, but perhaps we should have known more German!
