Didn't expect it to be some ladies house when she calls it a hotel. Double room but it was two single beds pushed together which I hate. She spoke NO ENGLISH but bless her she has a translator on her laptop. The building is in a great location and to be honest the building it was in was beyond stunning. I wouldn't stay there again, after staying at a wombats chain in Munich and finding out there is one in Berlin I would stay there instead and get more of an atmosphere.

A very nice hotel-pension. Difficult to find! It's on the second floor and we arrived at night in the dark, we missed the signs. Never the less, we (5 girlfriends from Holland) enjoyed our staying there, we only needed a place to sleep. Nice breakfast, clean rooms and beds. There's no meetingroom so, in my opion, it's more for eldery people. It's in a quiet street but very close to the Kurfürstendamm en metrostation Savignyplatz. Margriet, Leeuwarden Nederland

I liked the place. It was clean and comfortable and in a nice, quiet location. By not being able to speak German, I struggled a bit communicating with the staff, but we could still figure out the gist of what each other was talking about.

wonderful feel of historic apartment with beautiful courtyard and garden to look on to and period furniture/ornaments in dining room; in a superb location for this price, easy to get to U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations which were so close to the city and the S-Bahn stop on the Potsdam line; very quick to get to lots of local restaurants which offered a good range of food at reasonable prices; wonderful to be able to park a car. Only minor quibble was that the lounge area was rather dark to sit in.
