very nice staff, airport pickup, welcome meal + a bottle of water, big room with balcony, own kitchen + fridge, own bathroom (depends if you order private or share), owner drove us around to sight see, very clean, good wi-fi, good price in peaceful neighborhood, 20mins walk from the black beach, 24h supermarket around 2mins walk away, and a swimming pool. i love this place, is the best hostel i have visited, i would recommend it and revisit again.
Lovely hotel, beautiful, lots of facilities, nice pool, lots of flowers :-) I loved everything about this hotel, those traditional white & blue houses most of all! Much appreciation to Mr. Freddy - the owner, he was so kind and helpful. Actually he not only picked us at port when we arrived, but he also took us to a port at 2 a.m. to our ferry!
Freddy was awesome, he picked us up/dropped us off to and from the port. He even gave us a ride to the winery one day. His sons are very nice and helpful- they helped out with showing us the room. Freddy booked a day trip for us and was helpful in explaining the city. The location was ok- glad to stay near Perissa beach but it was about a 35 min walk to the beach, 15 min bus ride to Fira and longer bus ride to Oia- the busses don't come very often. Overall, it was a lovely stay
Very nice hotel overall, with the friendly freddy who runs the place. very close to supermarket and bus stop. Not too far from perissa beach. Far from everything else, but the bus was good enough to visit the island. Room clean, big enough. A bit noisy with the road passing by. Very nice swimming pool, though a bit cold. Wifi only at the reception. Good value for the money.
Very good value... friendly staff that helped with everything from picking us up at airport to dropping at ferry terminal. .. location is a little out of way but you will want to rent a scooter or atv to get around the island anyway.. would definitely go back...

I don't know where to begin... When we arrived to check in the staff was really unprofessional. It was like bing in some kind of a reality TV show where some people that have no experience of in working in a hotel (or possibly no work experience at all) and let them work in a hotel, without giving them any training (but there were no cameras though). The hotel room was the second worst I've seen in my life, but after the first night we asked to change rooms, and we got a nicer room.
Take cash as no card payment facilities available. Rooms are very basic but tidy.
A little far from the main Perissa black sand beach (about a 2km walk one way) but great value for money with a nice pool, good breakfast and bus stop close by.
very nice place. nice rooms, clean and spacious. there is a great therasse with swimming pool. beach is 15min away. but if you whant to see the island rent a car it is cheaper than taking the bus.
We booked a private room and were given the same as my friends in dorms at double the price. The rooms are badly laid out and it is about 15mins walk to the beach
Great staff, free breakfast and pick up/drop off from port. We came for 3 nights and ended up staying for 6! Location is at the very top of Perissa but we rented a quad for less than 15 dollars a day for 5 days down at Lucas' Motos down the road. Not the fanciest ATV but it was a good deal and allowed us not to be bothered whatsoever by the hotels location. Internet was a bit slow but that is my only complaint. Would absolutely stay here again!
This was, for sure, the best hostel in the island!! They have the best pool in town and the staff is really amazing. They returned mi bag with credit cards and cash that i forgot in the pool bar without touching a single thing. If you want to spend a really nice time in santorini, book in this hostel. Fred, you're a pleasure to met and we hope to see you again!
Freddy is wonderful. The pool is wonderful. A lot of peace and quiet and away from city life. Grocery stores and some local bars within walking distance but get a scooter or 4 wheeler to make it easier on yourself. 15 min drive on a 4 wheeler from fira. Freddy will help you with anything and everything. Picked us up from the airport and took us to our ferry. Thank you so much!

We really enjoyed our stay at Perissa Beach hotel , Jerry was a fantastic host and very hospitable, nothing was too much trouble. Collected us from the port, everything was smooth from there. Would definitely stay again and recommend this property
Lovely place for a quite few days with very helpful staff for anything you need. They picked us up from the port, upgraded our room, organised to pick up a bike from down the road, and even drove us back to the port afterwards. Breakfast included is great value for the price, but not anything grand, just a simple meal to start the day. The pool is cool and refreshing and the beach just down the road, a supermarket 2 mins walk. Not really much nightlife in Perissa but plenty of nice places to eat
