I arranged an airport transfer with the hotel manager, but he never turned up and so I had to find other accomadation. I've also lost my deposit. I am extremely disapointed with this hotel

*Location not as advertised *Unhelpful/rude staff *Breakfast not included as advertised *No sea view as advertised *Rarely Wifi available *Not always able to use hot water *Refused to give back passport until the room was paid, despite having passport details and credit card details (have not experienced this anywhere, having stayed in 100+ hotels/hostels/pensions/B&Bs). Staff were reluctant to take payment until the 2nd last day.

We loved the staff. They kept everything so clean, and when we needed anything they were able to help us everytime. It was great.

Rooms are a little bit old but large. A supermarket is at 4 mn on foot; so for a cheap price you can buy ingrédient to cook cold meal as salad etc.. The balcony allows you to eat next to your own bedroom outside. Staff is very good, they come to pickup you at the airport, ans if you need Something to cook, they can lend you some salt, or a fork or a knife. The owner speaks english very well. Breakfast is fine. The beach is about 15-20 Mn on foot. In front of the hôtel, There is a bus station.

very good place, people are nice and the rooms are cleaned every day.

Really nice hostel. Cozy atmosphere. Friendly staff.

First of all the location of the hotel is wrong. Me and my girlfriend have booked the room 2 months before. At our arrival they said that they don’t have room and they insisted that we should stay for 1 night in a room with another couple!!!! Not only they didn’t apologize for their mess but they attacked as(!) telling as to go and that they can do nothing about it!!!! the rooms are nothing as the photos show. I wouldn’t pay 20 euros per night to stay there.

Amazing atmosphere and value for money. It's a 20min walk to Perissa beach and far from Oia and Fira, so you should consider renting a moto.

The actual place is lovely, the pool is great and the rooms are cleaned daily. However this is not located where it says it is on Google maps - its about a 20 minute walk just to get to Perivolos beach, and another 5-10 to Perissa, which is where the nicest part of the beach is. The wifi is also absolutely shocking. However there is was a fridge in the room and Carrefour next door.

We didn't actually stay here because when we showed up the place was overbooked. So despite pre booking the place we were moved to another hotel. This also happened to other groups as well.

I stayed at Hotel Perissa for 1 night and 2 days. The owner Freddy is very nice! He picks you up from the port or the airport, and drives you there when you are leaving aswell. The room was clean, the bathroom was nice. Don't drink from the tap, or you will soon realize it's seawater. I rented an ATV for the day, I highly recommend it, it was a great time, and you can see the whole island in one day! I would definatley stay here again if I needed too.

This hotel is a good distance from fira and oia although the island is pretty small. The hotel helped us rent ATVs which excellent. There was transport to and from the port. They had a daily room service which was great because we spend 3 nights. The hotel is pretty close to an outstanding black sand beach. We enjoyed our stay :)

good, very nice place.

I would definitely stay here again! Exceptional family-run hotel. Freddy was amazing: our ferries were canceled and he was still there to pick us up at 8 a.m., helped with directions, getting a rental, anything you needed! Breakfast was good, pool was a nice touch, rooms were clean. Only complaint is that the hotel is not located where the map says it is! It is a good 10 - 15 minute walk to the Perivolos beach.

Nice place to stay ! A bit far from everyhing but you can rent a car or scooter just near the hotel ! The staff is really nice and will help you everytime you need !

We loves Hotel Perissa! Freddy the host is vey helpful and can assist in organising an ATV or whatever else you will need during your stay. The hostel/hotel is located within walking distance of Perissa Beach where you can get food, drinks and anything else you may need. The wifi is not so great in the rooms but has a strong signal at the pool area. Breakfast is good with eggs, bread, yogurt, cereals and an assortment of beverages.

This was an awesome little hotel, amazing value for money! They fetched us from the port free of charge and were so so helpful in organizing quad bike hire, excursions and anything else we needed help with. The rooms were clean and air conditioned with clean towels everyday, and the buffet breakfast was basic but good. The pool is amazing! It's about 15-20 mins walk down to the beach but if you rent a quad bike it takes 3 minutes :) We had a really enjoyable and relaxing stay here!

In Hotel Perissas rooms you can feel real Greek atmosphere.

Best value hotel I have ever stayed in - would have happily paid 3 times as much. Stunning property in stunning location. Family owners absolutely lovely and very helpful and friendly. Free pick up and drop off very handy, pool incredible. Will definitely stay here again if I come back to santorini. Don't know why it doesn't have a 100% rating. Can't recommend it enough!
