The staff were very cheeky and whenever we asked them for advice they only gave us sarcastic comments. We arrived at the hotel very early and because we were tired from travelling they allowed us to wait in their luggage room until our room was available and by 1pm they had the room available but didn't bother coming to tell us. They also put us in the smallest room in the hotel which was ridiculously small, I felt they were just making a fool out of us because we were young.
