I'm strongly suggest hotel Pigneto to everybody. This hotel is really very comfortable and very relax.I'm really appreciate to stay in Hotel Pigneto. If I visit Rome again I will stay again in Hotel Pigneto .Staffs are very kind and they are really very helpful!

The hotel localization is near bus and tram stops and you can reach the center in 20 min. Some staff were extremely rude with us. But the others ones were kind ans helpful. Hotel pigneto is an average choice specially if you are travelling on a budget.

The room was spacious and the heater is great. You schedule breakfast times and they bring it to your room; the coffee was great. The staff were extremely helpful and even allowed us to leave our luggage with them after we checked out so we wouldnt have to carry them around our last day before our night flight out. Working elevator, great wifi, tv with 100 channels (Radio Capri Tele was the fav). 30 min walk from Colosseo, 20 min walk to Manzoni metro, an hour walk to Pantheon.

Basically the internet connection was terrible! Also the restaurant recommended by the hostel was very much below standard and costly. But the room was really good and also the breakfast.

The hotel itself isn't so much of a problem but it is located in a very bad part of town. As two girls traveling alone we were very uncomfortable walking around at night.

This is a hotel and not a hostel. Great staff, nice clean rooms. Free breakfast, good WiFi and TV. Far from the center and the busses are always packed full.

Great location and helpful friendly staff...second time here and will be back!

We didn't even end up staying there. Staff was very rude... It was not what the pictures looked like online. Felt more like a scam if anything. Felt very uncomfortable... Not what Rome is supposed to be like.

The hotel itself was beautiful, it had room delivery breakfast, it was clean and it had everything I needed. The outdoor surroundings are not desirable and feel unsafe.

Ok place to crash for a couple of days. Very nice staff. Location not great - you need to take a bus to get to anywhere, which can be a drag; no metro within walking distance. I had a room very close to the reception so I could hear them outside and I'd always be passing by them coming in and going out, which created a bit of a "student dorm" feel; some might mind that. On the whole, however, twas a nice place as I said, clean and safe.

Perfect place to stay: cheap, cozy, and with several buses just across to almost every part of the city! 10 min by bus and you are in the colosseum or circus maximus or vatican!

The hotel isn't in the center but there is a lot of bus just in front of tho. Moreover it's located next to the Termini Station which is really useful. Breakfast was included and served in the bedroom but .... I've got to admit it was a bit awful . The staff is nice, one of the guys gave us a list of the busses passing in front of "Hotel Pigneto" The shared bathrooms were clean and you have a hair-dryer in it. The bedroom was clean except some stains on the walls. Good place for a quick stay

The price quality relation was average. It was fine for sleeping. Under the beds it was unfortunately very dusty! The breakfast was also not great.

A great staff, clean and calm, but a little bit far from the centre. As italian people don't speak English very well, it's pretty hard to make them explain you how to get where you wanna get. There' s a bus but it has two stops - one to go Piazza de Venecia and Vaticano, another to come back to the hotel, and it´s a mess. Also, it has different stops on Sat and Sun that is really annoying because the first day we spent 2,5 hours trying to get home from vía Corso.

The hostel is not really in the center, but the bus stops in front of it, so it is really easy to get to the tourist attractions. There is a supermarket around the corner. The hotel is clean, people were very nice. It is easy to get in and out of the hotel. Breakfast was served in the morning in the room, and they were always on time. This is the hotel if you don't need much, but want a comfortable stay.

Liked the room ...quaint with character...could definitely be made more comfortable though....great breakfast...helpful staff...what every traveller needs

Really nice hostel good location and very friendly staff who were very happy to help. Would definitely recommend this place!

The place was clean and the staff was great, they do speak english and some spanish, the only inconvenient it´s distance from the center, but if you like to walk, you wont regret those 20-25min, very easy to find and to get there

The pictures and description given were extremely deceiving. Although it was a decent place, it was a lot less than I expected. The ONE staff member though was very helpful with everything we wanted. If you enjoy 30 min, squished bus rides everyday then this is the perfect location. If not, think about how important location is for you. There is NOTHING TO DO around Pigneto. It's very deserted, and no one speaks a word of English around there.
