We had a good stay here the staff very helpfull when we arrived the lady no English could see we had heavy luggage and changed our room to the ground floor instead of the third no lift we were very grateful I gave her a hug. She was very helpful whenever I asked her a question even with the language barrier lovely hot showers breakfast was included even though it wasn't stated added bonus . Very near the metro and walking distance to main shopping area . Australian couple on 30 anniversary trip

This was nothing but a bad experience of all time, honestly. The staff don't speak English and none of them even speak another language other than Italian. What really matters that they are just rude. Guests are like standing in a queue before the relief station listening to their shout and impatience. Tax is not included, not as their website says. Breakfast is worse than nothing(anything worth trying you gotta pay). Location is bad. No keys for the guests. No elevator when I live on 4th floor.
