The staff were very friendly and helpful; the room was good; but the ensuite bathroom was too small and uncomfortable to use.

Enjoyed the 'hands off' approach, think more than one room key should be issued to avoid the buzzing in of my mates when I've gone home early with a girl.

we arrived at night - even if we had a reservation they told us: "we are full..." "ah yeah you have a reservation..." after a argument. they didn´t see that we arrive at 1.00 a.m.!!! AND thats our fold - just because we booked in hostelworld where we can choice the check in - if had booked on the homepage of the hostel it wouldn´t happen !!! maybe they shoudn´t smoke that much ... (?)

We got two rooms for a group of three. Mine was clearly worse: older furniture, smoking smell. I would have been much happier at the time of reviewing with the other room, which was more cozy, so YMMV with this hotel. Also, they claim not to have any three-person rooms, but mine was big enough (the other was clearly not) and there even was an extra mattress in one of the closets. I felt a bit cheated about this.
