Cancellation Policy

This property has a 2 day cancellation policy.
Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.

Check-in time: 14.00. Check-out time: before 11.00. We have a 48hr cancellation policy. No-shows and cancellations made less than 48hrs in advance of the date of arrival are subject to one night's charge. We charge 2% service charge in case of Visa and Mastercard payment and 4% service charge in case of AMEX payment. There is a minimum of two nights' stay at weekends. From 06/04/2012 until 09/04/2012, from 27/04/2012 until 01/05/2012, from 17/05/2012 until 21/05/2012, from 25/05/2012 until 29/05/2012, from 06/07/2012 until 09/07/2012, from 07/09/2012 until 13/09/2012 and 28/12/12 until 04/01/2013 the cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival date otherwise 100% of the booking amount will be charged to your credit card. Please note that between 28/12/2012 and 04/01/2013 - 5 nights with the restriction of no arrival and no departure on 31/12 and 01/01.
