They lost our reservation for our first 2 nights (out of 4), and they were full. Fortunately they had a cancellation our 1st night. They recommended another place for our 2nd night, and drove us there. It was still disappointing and a waste of time. But they gave us a free breakfast and two 2-day passes to the beach club, and a room upgrade. Their sauna, which they advertise, was out of order. And the pretty night lighting around the pool, which they show in their photos, was never turned on.
