The first day of check-in, the lady Ms Petra was a very helpful staff. However, the second day stay we encountered a rather unfriendly Front Desk lady. She can be stern, but does she has to look so stern to us tourists. She refuse to let me use internet to check mails instead insist that we pay. It is not the amount but the way she approach us her customer that worries me.
