Latest Review
First, location was not the one shown on the website (it said Smolenskaya but it is Taganskaya, much worse). Second, not a word of English spoken at arrival so had to use my poor Russian. Third, prices in Moscow are absolutely crazy (high, I mean), but according to them this was not the worst. Fourth, I paid more than owed at arrival and, when I realized I showed my papers to ask for a refund but they said no way. I had to shout for half an hour to get my money back. Nightmare!
