This hotel is clean and pretty. The position in perfect! exactly in the square of the cathedral! So this hotel is great!

Excelent location, just in front of the cathedral. The room was old and it smells funny but for one night it was ok.

When we complained about the shower not working (and a day later when nothing had been done about it) we then asked whether we could receive any compensation. We were treated very badly and yelled at. The staff only offered us 10 pounds (to share between 3 people) and were very rude and aggressive. They obviously have little understanding of what customer service is...
