Staff was truly not helpful nor welcoming. Don't be tricked by the "sauna" being included in the information about this hotel, it's not free as they charge an additional €11. I had simply just asked where the saunas were and the staff member made me sit and wait even when he had no more customers at the front desk he was taking his sweet time not attending to my question. I waited for over 30 minutes only to receive attitude from the staff when I asked again thinking he forgot about me. Horrible

Upon entering the hotel it looks quite fancy. Once you pay and then have to walk up the steep round-stairs to the 4th (5th if American) floor carrying luggage, you are already hating it. The walls are very thin, our towel hanger fell off within one minute, the wallpaper was coming off, and the phone was broken from the wall (literally, the wires were snapped). The lights also didn't work and the maintenance who showed our last night couldn't fix it. Not worth the super high prices.
