Good value for money, very nice location, friendly and helpful staff. Our room was next to the lift so some noises could be heard during the whole night, because of which my wife could not sleep too well. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of food to choose from.

The hotel is in a horrible part of town and felt quite unsafe at night. If you are a solo girl i would definitely not stay in this area. The cleaners attempted to let themselves in whilst i was still in bed and way before check out time which i found veyr un-secure and worrying. The reception staff were nice and the breakfast wasn't bad. Wifi is 5 euros which i felt was not good. They do have laptop computers you can su but during busy times this will be a problem.

I loved my stay at Hotel Queen Anne! The reception was friendly and welcoming. I stayed for four nights and never had any complaints. If I ever needed something, someone would be up and attending to it within five minutes. They gave me a map and helped me find places I needed to go and called a taxi for me. The breakfast was DELICIOUS as well! My one warning is that the walls are thin, so you probably shouldn't sing loudly in the shower lest you accidentally disturb the neighbors... 0:)

It is at a very convenient location. I arrived the hostel last at night, but still able to find some nice restaurants nearby. And notice that it is very close to several metro station and also the train station. The place is nice and clean. My friend and i are also quite happy to stay here.

The hotel is pretty nice... but the room is very tiny. Also, the place where one can have breakfast is very small in comparison with how many people the hostel can host and you have to wait in line to get a table.

LOVED IT! Great place to stay clean, staff is great, good location, the breakfast is AMAZING! It is a bit expensive but most places in Brussels are. And there is no free internet in rooms which is another downside.

Location was the big factor for staying at Queen Anne. It is walking distance from the Grand Place. The room, even though small, had everything you need.

Just fine. Fairly basic but good price. Unpleasant surprise that they charge 3 Euro per day for wi fi.
