It's a really nice place, and the breakfast is pretty good! My only real gripe is that the location could be a bit better and that the free wifi is only on two computers in the lobby. For those English speakers, its' nice to note that there are two or three british channels on the TV.

Cosy hotel in the city centre for good price. I can only recommend it.

Apart from the hostel across the road being noisy (if you are staying at the front) it was a lovely hotel. Friendly staff, amazing location to the Grand Place and the metro and the breakfast was great and convenient. Would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was excellent, the room was small but fine and clear. The hotel is really really good located, metro stations are close, the main square is within 5 minutes walk distance. There are 2 laptops with net connection, so if you would like to check something on the net be aware that you may have to wait a lot. Highly recommended!

Great atmosphere, facilities, cleanliness and security. Pretty good location. The staff were very helpful, but it would have been nice if all of them knew how to tell us to get to the Charleroi airport for our flight in the morning.

We asked to be moved to a bigger room, as we had booked a double and our first night was in a very small room. They moved our luggage for us to the new room, which was much better. Good service overall, and the lift is excellent.

The Hotel was great, clean and with friendly staff. The wi-fi network for 5 euro had a very poor connection but there are two free computers in the foyer so that made up for it a little.

Brilliant price/quality ratio. A real hotel with very nice atmosphere for a hostel price. Staff is very friendly, rooms are all you expect from a hotel and from the location the city centre or nearer metro station are easy to reach. Large buffet breakfast included. Highly recommended.

First impression was not so good, reception and a lift are smoky. But the hotel is well situated (10 minutes by walk to the Gare du Nord – connection to the airport) and staff very pleasant and helpful. Although the room was very small, it was tidy and clean. Room price was for me quite high, for the same price in Prague I would get bigger and very nice room. Breakfast was good as well. For one overnight it is quite a good choice.

This hostel was a dive. It was awful. Our room wasn't ready for us when we checked in, there were dirty cups, old french fries and fast food all over our room, and the sheets were stained and dirty. Don't stay here, it's unhealthy.
