We enjoyed our stay & appreciated the friendliness of the staff we dealt with. Pretty satisfactory & a good/mostly comfortable choice regardless of the length of your stay. Our main issue was that internet access was advertised as free under the list of facilities on Hostelworld, whereas in reality it costs at least 5 euro for each pass code (for each different device). The free internet access they are actually referring to is some laptops connected in the lobby downstairs. A bit misleading.

The location is excellent and within an easy walk of the Grand Place and St. Catherine's Cathedral and was ideal to visit the Christmas markets from. The room was clean and cosy with a decent sized bathroom and we had a very comfortable stay here. The staff at the desk were polite and friendly and were able to answer any questions we had.
