Very close to the grand place, less than 10 minute walk. Rooms clean and warm. Wifi was not included in price and costs an extra €5 for one night and €8 for two nights and price rises the longer you stay. We stayed on a fri night and then came back on a Monday and were told we would have to pay twice. Breakfast is also not included and is €7.50 extra.

Great location.. short work to shops, restaurants, bars and the typical touristy sites. Really affordable, especially for a private ensuite room with a double bed.

WiFi was charged (5€/day), breakfast was not included. Building was old but bedroom well refourbished. Small TV. Clean. Comfortable beds. Weak security at room door and at luggage locker (no key!). Staff was friendly helful, and had good English level. Excellent location (near gare du nord and city centre)

The staff here was great and very accommodating! The rooms are tiny but it's very nice for the money you're spending. You have to pay for wifi, but that's fairly typical of Europe. The location was just great!

Is convenient to take bus from Brussel Airport to Hotel because the nearest bus stop, Rogier, is just 8min walk from the hotel. The environment is very cozy and the modern furnitures in the lobby gives a great picture of modern art in Belgium. They provide free laptops for internet but need to pay 5Euro for the wifi. But can be shared with 2 person. The nearest Metro is just 5mins walk too. Simply Best.

extra charge for Wi-Fi was very annoying but the rest was perfect. location is what we needed in brussels. and it would be perfect if they offered breakfast including this price.

Heaters were good (but blocked by the curtain when pulled closed). Hot, powerful shower. Plenty of towels in the bathroom big and small (they must have noted a previous complaint about no big towels!). Central location for the price excellent. Cheaper than `hostel` across the street. Minuses - bad security, both of the lock for the hotel room, and the pc security in the lobby computers (wifi is - unwisely - not free). Also a bit noisy in corridor at night. No free breakfast another no-no.

I stayed 2 nights at Hotel Queen Anne in a single room. The room was tiny but very comfortable and nice. It was on the 7th floor at the front side, due to that a bit noisy from the street (and unfortunately my balcony door didn't close well). If you visit by car there is Alhambra Parking just a few mtr away from the hotel. Later in the evening there are free parking spots in the street.

Nice hotel for a good price. Only bad thing: thin walls, you can hear everything that happens in your neighbour's room...

I would love to stay here again. The hotel was amazing and within walking distance of everything great in city center.
