Excellent attention, cheap for the quality

The hostel call us the day of our arrival to announce that the room was not available anymore, and they send us in an another hostel far away of the downtown with poorly Cleanliness. The hostel told us that the payment was already done, and so we had no way to cancel. We think that these two hostels work together ....

This hostel is far away from the city centre. The reception dont speak english. Besides, they dont have 24 hour reception. If you need, you must have to call them directly through phone. They never reply emails. Which is very troublesome for tourist who dont have a French number. The room is OK.

The only good thing was one staff that was very polite and spoke english. Other than that it was a terrible experience! There was a RAT in our bedroom and we had to call someone to do something because there was no one there. They catch it and didnt even clean the bedroom.VERY BAD PLACE TO STAY. when we arrived there was no one there, the bedroons were open and there was no instruction to us. I would pay more just to stay far from this place. DON'T STAY THERE!!

The hotel was average. The room for three left little space to move. Unfortunately the toilet was in a poor condition, a tiny room and during our stay first the doorlock was gone, so no possibility to lock it, and then the toilet broke and was repared the next day. The atmosphere was quite anonymous. It is not a hostel, but hotel-atmosphere! No fridge to store food, but at least one room to prepare the food. All in all a nice stay, just expect a hotel, not a hostel!

We stayed in a double bedroom without a private bedroom. This meant, however, that we had a private shower and sink, and that only the toilet in itself was located out of the room, french-style. Everything was clean when we arrived and was kept well clean. The owner was not too friendly, but we mostly interacted with a very helpful and nice receptionist who could speak a good english and didn't mind doing it. The wifi worked like charm. A tip: try at all costs to arrive between 7am and 15pm.
